Our Team
Emily
Admin
Hello everyone! I joined SWD in Spring of 2021 and I’m so grateful to be a part of this welcoming team. I’ve always enjoyed customer service forward careers such as being a Flight Attendant for 5 years prior to switching gears to be a Dental Receptionist. With no other experience in dentistry (minus 7+ years of ortho treatment if you count it!) I’ve really enjoyed learning my role in the dental field including all the ins and outs of insurance lingo, treatment plans and especially how to ensure our patients’ visits go more smoothly.
When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me camping, reading, or catching up on the newest true crime series.

Amanda
Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Amanda, and I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have a passion for taking care of people, and love educating my patients about their oral health.
I tend to be more of an introvert, so outside of work I’m often at home reading or watching movies! I love crime and mystery, so I find myself gravitating to any content relating to it. On those rare days where I crave being out and about, you can find me exploring hidden gems around Vancouver – specifically the little cafes and bakeries.
